How do I become authorized for online ordering with Purchase Orders?

Give us a call during business hours and we’ll walk you through the simple process. Essentially, it would include the manager or finance officer at your organization, and their information. Call us at 606-862-1405 thank you!

How do I get my quote so my school can approve for a Purchase Order?

It’s easy! Load your cart with what you want, with all the bells and whistles. When you go and “View Cart” – you will see a button to “Save Cart.” Click that, name your cart, and you will see it stored safely in the “My Account” page for you!  You can then print your cart to receive authorization for purchase from your school’s finance officer. When you have a signed Purchase Order on school letterhead, return and log back into your account. Reload your cart from Saved Carts and go to Check Out. Upload your PO, wait a moment for the page to automagically reload and show no product charges due. The freight charge will still be there, so simply tick the option for “Local Pick-Up” and it will zero out. Don’t worry, we have your PO and shipping information! So now there will be no money due at checkout. Your school will be invoiced according to terms. To be a new Authorized PO User, please contact us at 606-862-1405. Allow 24-48 hours to set up your account here with your email for login. Thank you! GO TEAM!

How much lead time do you need for a cheer sign order?

This varies by product, as each is crafted right here in Kentucky by hand! As you select options for your products, the Calendar option gives you available dates for us to ship out. Give yourself a little time for FedEx Ground transit, too. Here’s what you can anticipate:

Production time for rectangular 1- and 2-sided signs is 3-5 working days from time of proof approval.

Our specialty signs – Flip and Folds, Pop Outs, shaped signs, custom sizes – take 2- 3 weeks in production from time of proof approval.

Can I get a W9 for our accounting department?

What kind of Art File do you accept for cheerleading products?

Mighty Cheer recommends that all image files be in VECTOR format. We also accept bitmap files with a minimum of 150 DPI at 100% size to achieve minimum quality in the printing process. For file types accepted, and prohibited material, please visit our Disclaimers & Guidelines Page

We ship all over the country via FedEx Ground. If you are overseas, we use USPS, so be aware of longer transit times.
